They prefer fresh meat, but all we had was this week old possum stuff...
It seemed to do the trick
This one was HUGE He could and DID move rocks around that were bigger than my head! His head was about as big as a softball to give you an idea of the size. Apparently they do not even need water to move, and can crawl up on land, slither up around a waterfall and back into the stream so that they can get further up stream. They were really amazing!
Holy @$#^$#&!!!!!! I'm in shock. Eels are cool, and really scary. Seems really weird for them to be in fresh water that shallow. I'm just in total shock now... I want to see these in real life.
