This is so cool!!! Do people eat them? I remember when I lived in Bar Harbor the fisherman used to catch glass eels and sell them to Japan at crazy prices because they are so prized there... it always made me sad. I love eels!
Ooh, also, when I was learning to scuba dive in the Puget Sound (off of Seattle) I found a wolf eel, and my scuba instructor caught a shrimp and handed me half and we fed it to the eel and pet him... it was super cool! He even came all the way out of his cave for us!
